Due to use of the ULTRASONIC microDRILL technology it is possible to drill thousands of micro holes with down to with highest process safety. The fully integrated regulation of the drilling force down to smaller 1 N guarantees a smooth and reliable drilling process – independent from the z-axis of the machine. An automatic ejector mechanism for drill cores out from the diamond hollow drills protects from tool breakage.
