CHIN FONG has been dedicated to the art of stamping for over 70 years. While providing diversified, high-end forming solutions, Chin Fong has also developed a smart manufacturing system over the years and created records in real applications. This system is based on automated integration and uses IoT technology of installing a sensor on a machine. It creates a data flow system that could be used for production/data management, efficiency analysis and remote control. With the advent of Industry 4.0 coming to the application stage and facing the risks arising from the COVID-19 crisis, it is time to respond to the real demand for the pervasive application of Intelligent Forming.

FEMCO, made up of five main businesses that span industries including machine tools, industrial system integration, steel, engineering, and golf clubs, was founded over 70 years ago. The company recently introduced smart machinery into its factories, and has integrated its IT and OT systems to enable intelligent monitoring and control of machinery. By deploying sensors within machines to gather information on vibrations and current levels generated during machining, the information is analyzed in real time via a computer network to predict future machining results. Managers can gain more precise control over the quantity and quality of the products, as well as to eliminate equipment failures. FEMCO also added visualized maintenance systems that enable operators to perform maintenance themselves and record the relevant data for future use.

PALMARY, founded in 1998, designs and manufactures an array of grinders including: internal grinder, cylindrical grinder, centerless grinder, vertical grinder, surface grinder and engine value seat grinder, exporting to over 40 countries worldwide. Each CNC machine in the PALMARY product range is able to rectify a component of the so-called ‘Internet of Things’ (IoT), allowing it to become usable in an environment that has been predetermined by the management system, reflecting Industry 4.0 rationales.

TONGTAI, Taiwan's leading manufacturer of machine tools, is known for providing a variety of machines and turnkey solutions. In response to Industry 4.0, Tongtai has provided intelligent manufacturing solutions to its customers around the world. Incorporating the technologies of IoT, CPS, FMS and MES, its solutions achieve goals for virtual representation, digital-twin and cyber-physical systems. Being a machine tools provider, we focus on integrating comprehensive manufacturing data and input information into our customers' ERP and supply chain systems. Through vertical/horizontal/flexible integrations, with production data, we believe our solutions are an outstanding fit for all customers.

HANNSA is one of the leaders in supply of advanced solutions for companies in metal tube forming industries, especially automotive, furniture, heating, ship-building and many others. Besides tube bending machine, Hannsa manufactured the accesories of machine tool from 1990, and founded Hannsa Precision business unit. Hannsa Precision specialized production of CNC lathes and CNC milling machines, has accumulated sufficient experience and know-how in designing and manufacturing high precision components. Its sales and service network converts the global and keep expanding in all regions to support regional agency.
